Cancellations may occur up to the day of departure due to poor weather conditions and you will be offered a new trip or a refund. Cancellations must be made 24h prior to the activity to be refunded or you lose your money unless you give proof of sickness. If you don't see cetaceans, you can book another trip for 10€.
